Welcome to Ava Nour. By placing an order through our website or social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products & Orders
- All our abayas are made to order and produced by our in-house team.
- We strive to ensure all product details—including style, fabric, and colour—are accurately described in each listing. Please read all descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
- Images are taken in natural lighting with no edits, but slight colour variation may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.
- Standard sizes apply to all products. If you have specific sizing concerns, please contact us prior to ordering.
2. Production Time
- Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This applies to all items as each piece is custom-made to order.
- If you need your order for a specific date or event, please contact us via Instagram DM (@avanour.co) prior to placing your order.
3. Shipping
UK Delivery
- POrders are shipped via Royal Mail (Tracked Standard Delivery), which takes approximately 3–4 working days.
- A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking numbers are available upon request—please leave a note in the comment section at checkout.
International Delivery
- Delivery may take 2–3 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
- Ava Nour is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services.
- Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
- If your parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for the cost of redelivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons, as all items are made to order.
- Exceptions are made only in the case of a faulty or damaged item.
- If your item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.
5. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
6. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Read the full product description before purchasing
- Ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout
- Be aware of and cover any customs or import fees for international orders
- Request tracking details if required at time of ordering
